Return & Refund Policy – Hair Products & Brush

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return policy for Stranded Studios Hair products and our signature brush below.
Hair Products (Shampoo, Conditioner, etc.)
All Sales Final: Due to hygiene and safety standards, all hair product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened hair care items.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@strandedstudioshair.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
Stranded Studios Brush
Returns Accepted: Unused brushes in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Brushes must be in unused and resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process: Email contact@strandedstudioshair.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
